It’s easy but keen at the same time, sophisticated but not complicated, profound and conscious, based on few fundamental movements that evolve to higher level, creating many ways of search and study explained in this “School Hymn”:

Each partition is obviously purely conceptual. Art exists in an holistic way and the different spheres melt in an harmonic set that includes body, mind and soul, bringing practice back to its tradition and noble and ancient aim:

BODY AS A BLADE – EFFICACY
The first verse of the School hymn describes the tough side of Art, the pure combat technique (anti-aggression, civil and military close combat, police tactics…). Absolute efficacy is the main aim with no choreographic elements, based on simple structure, essential gestures and application of physic principles, physiology and anatomy. The combat distance is face to face with the opponent (enemy), according to an ancient technique, which teaches to stay close to the enemy without retrograding, expecting the opponent aggressively, combating aggressively excluding every chance of defense for the enemy. An insidious trap is hidden in every step, each gesture is made to get the best of it spending less energy as possible, in order to destroy the enemy punching, poking and banging knees, concluding the fight as soon as possible.

ONE WITH STRENGTH – HEALTH AND LONGEVITY
The second verse is the soft and healthy side of the practice. The Art is carried out in a sweet way. Rebuilding the body structure is the aim, educating the body to move to gain better psychological-physic health. The practices don’t require strength, speed or particular skills. Everybody can do it, without limits of sex, body or age. It’s possible to built a stronger and healthier body day by day. It’s very different from other similar practices. Our program includes medical professional collaboration as well, to show the efficacy and effectiveness.

NO ENEMIES – KNOWLEDGE AND CONSCIOUSNESS
The third verse explains that the School gives space and time to the study of the historical, cultural, philosophical, spiritual dimension of the Art, to give a different perception of the most important principles. - Discipline - Harmony - Interior peace The aim is basically to create a bridge between two different words, east and west, erasing misunderstandings, violence and fanaticism… …because…
